Job description

Title : Billing Supervisor

Location : Saint-Laurent

Salary : 75-85K

Start date : as soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of invoices, credits and other billing documents;

Ensure sound management of the team by maintaining a spirit of teamwork and collaboration

Prepare critical reports at the close of accounting periods

Act as billing's main liaison during internal and external audits

Prepare and analyze inventory files for finished goods on a quarterly basis

Mentor and coach to ensure the development of the team members

Qualifications

DEC / AEC in Accounting or other relative experience

3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)

Proficient in Excel

Bilingual (an Asset)
