Join Our Growing Team in Whitby!
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to be part of an exciting new residential development currently under construction. If you have a passion for building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) with homebuyers to ensure satisfaction at closing.
- Coordinate with homeowners and relevant trade partners to schedule and manage post-closing service work.
- Organize and schedule service team members to complete tasks inside and outside of occupied homes.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion of required work for homeowners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure homes are delivered to the highest standards of quality and completion.
