Position Summary : Are you passionate about BBQs and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team for the peak BBQ season. As a Seasonal BBQ Cleaning Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' grills are in top condition, ready for their next cookout.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough cleaning of various BBQ grills and smokers
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on BBQ equipment
- Educate customers on proper BBQ care and maintenance
- Adhere to Grill Hero's high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage time effectively to meet daily appointment schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Accurately complete service reports and customer paperwork
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns professionally
