Job descriptionReview complex dental claims and estimates for completeness, ensuring all required information is provided. Assess and adjudicate complex claims and estimates based on dental information, plan provisions, and supporting documentation. Analyze dental x-rays and claims, documenting findings and communicating with clients (members / sponsors) to obtain additional details. Meet established production, quality, and service standards. Handle internal and external inquiries via written correspondence, email, and phone as required. Collaborate with the Dental Consultant on complex cases and coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations. Participate in departmental projects as needed. Diploma in Dental Hygiene (CEGEP / College or University). Experience working in a dental clinic. Strong knowledge of group insurance and dental claims. Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Open to giving and receiving feedback. Bilingual in English and French is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and analytical skills make a real impact. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this contract position provides flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a vital industry.
What is in it for you :
- Hourly Salary : $25 to $35, based on experience.
- Job Type : 6-month contract – Full-time or Part-time.
- Number of Openings : 40-45 positions available.
- Location : Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Waterloo.
- Work Arrangement : Remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate’s preference.
- Hours : Regular business hours – 37.5 hours per week.
