Roulottes Lévesque is looking for a candidate to complete its dynamic claims team that supports customer service members every day. Teamwork, integrity, excellence and fiscal responsibility guide our daily actions to be the premier RV destination in Southeastern Canada.
Your tasks will be : Handle warranty claims Collaborating with customer service teams. Make and consider authorization requests and transmit this information to advisers Produce complaints to manufacturers Track manufacturing payments and accounting Analyze issues, spot trends and develop strategies to maximize the claims process You are interested in being part of a dynamic team and a large family.
