Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Per hr.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative II will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support focused on part-and-pump pricing, order processing, warranty claims, and billing inquiries. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams, adherence to ISO9001 standards, and efficient use of ERP systems to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely part, pump, and motor quotations
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction

Order Management & Processing

  • Process orders using ERP-LX (Order Entry System)
  • Maintain and update Quote Logs and Production Order Tracking databases
  • Provide order status updates and manage customer communication records
  • Process changes orders (address updates, delivery schedule, carrier changes)

Warranty & Billing Support

  • Assist with warranty claim processing
  • Handle credit memo and no-charge requests
  • Support invoice billing issues and resolve discrepancies

Sales & Operational Support

  • Assist internal sales teams with customer support activities
  • Prepare and maintain customer communication folders

Compliance & Financial Coordination

  • Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions
  • Perform export compliance tasks as required
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) collections dispute resolution

Additional Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Associate degree or some college education (Preferred)

Experience

  • 3 5 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience in order processing, billing, or ERP systems preferred

Technical Skills

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (ERP-LX preferred)
