Le poste de gestionnaire de district est responsable de l’atteinte de la croissance des ventes par rapport à l’année précédente, en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle dans tous les magasins, notamment par les moyens suivants :
Effectuer des visites efficaces en magasin. Évaluer la performance du gérant ou de la gérante de magasin à l’aide des rapports disponibles et établir des objectifs clairs afin d’atteindre les directives et les indicateurs de performance de Lovisa.
Assurer une communication claire et constante au moyen des appels du matin, des plans d’action écrits, des communications LOLA et des rencontres individuelles, dans le but d’accompagner, de former et de développer votre équipe.
Recruter une équipe passionnée et axée sur le service à la clientèle, tout en favorisant le développement des talents et la planification de la relève au sein de Lovisa.
Réduire les coûts inutiles grâce à une gestion efficace des horaires, en veillant à avoir les bonnes personnes au bon moment.
Mettre l’accent sur la réduction des pertes internes et externes en s’assurant que les gérants de magasin et les équipes respectent le Manuel de sécurité de Lovisa ainsi que les meilleures pratiques en matière de prévention des pertes.
Faire preuve de flexibilité et être disposé(e) à voyager à l’extérieur de la province et/ou à l’international, selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
Être sociable, accessible et un excellent coach. Être présent(e) et disponible pour votre équipe.
Posséder d’excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et respecter toutes les échéances demandées par votre équipe, vos collègues, les responsables de service et les gestionnaires.
Être sensible aux engagements culturels de Lovisa et y adhérer pleinement, et les démontrer en tout temps par votre leadership, vos comportements, votre attitude et vos actions.
POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:
The District Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores through:
Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilizing the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your Team.
Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.
Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practice.
Flexibility and desire to travel interstate and/or Internationally based on the needs of the business

Time management. Meet all deadlines requested by your Team, Peers, Department Heads and Managers.
