Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are a small, tight-knit, private equity-backed procurement consulting firm. We deliver high-impact strategic solutions to our clients and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our leadership team. The CFO will drive our financial strategy, ensuring the company's financial health and growth, and will play a hands-on role in all financial operations.
Looking for CFO who has some Technical Consulting experience along with M&A Experience. This will be a strategic and operation Role.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the CEO and the executive team.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance :
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the audit process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including transitioning from cash accounting to GAAP.
- Handle complex accounting tasks related to project-level profitability and contingent payments.
- Cash Flow and Treasury Management :
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
- Develop and maintain banking relationships and manage debt and equity financing.
- Project-Level Profitability :
- Develop and implement systems for tracking and reporting project-level profitability.
- Work closely with the project teams to understand financial performance and profitability on a project basis.
- Board and Lender Relations :
- Prepare and present financial reports and board decks for board meetings.
- Interface with lenders and provide accurate and timely financial reporting for private equity sponsors.
- Handle all financial aspects related to acquisitions.
- Tax Preparation and Efficiency :
- Prepare and file taxes, ensuring the business remains tax efficient and compliant with all regulations.
- Develop strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Operational Efficiency :
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and tax functions.
