Position Overview

As the CEO of Hatch, you will be the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction, operational execution, and overall growth. Your leadership will be critical in transforming Hatch into the industry’s leading platform for modern data collection and verification. You will guide Hatch’s vision, enhance its competitive edge, and ensure its role as the go-to solution across multiple industries. We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong strategic mindset, an understanding of tech innovation, and a passion for simplifying the world of data.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Leadership

  • Define and drive Hatch’s long-term vision, ensuring alignment with industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Position Hatch as a leading brand in the data verification space, particularly in high-demand sectors like lending and leasing.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative company culture that inspires creativity, excellence, and a commitment to problem-solving.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the implementation of efficient processes, performance metrics, and financial management.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to maintain high standards for security, scalability, and user-centric design.
  • Monitor and adapt to market trends, ensuring Hatch remains competitive and ahead of industry advancements.

    • Business Development & Partnerships

  • Lead efforts to build strategic partnerships with clients, data sources, and integrators to expand Hatch’s ecosystem and enhance our service offerings.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives that drive Hatch’s expansion in target industries, including fostering new revenue streams.
  • Identify and establish key partnerships that further Hatch’s market position and enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the key spokesperson for Hatch, effectively communicating our unique value proposition and customer-first approach.
  • Ensure a customer-centric focus in all product development and business decisions, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive data accessibility.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly, providing updates and fostering transparency to ensure alignment and long-term success.

    • Financial Oversight & Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring Hatch’s fiscal health and scalability.
  • Lead funding initiatives and engage with investors to support Hatch’s growth and expansion.

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in an executive leadership role within the technology or data industry.
  • Expertise in data-driven solutions, especially within the fields of verification, lending, and related markets.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, building strategic partnerships, and increasing market presence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in product development, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
