Compensation is commission-based, with a guaranteed base salary during the first four years. In this position, you will focus on building strong client relationships, delivering expert advice, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include :

• Partnering with clients to understand their life and financial objectives, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and fostering long-term connections through ongoing support and guidance
• Leveraging data-driven insights to analyze results, develop recommendations, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of financial programs, policies, and practices
• Collaborating with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence
• Monitoring productivity and service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and championing continuous improvement initiatives
• Staying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning
• Sharing your expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Upholding a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite
