Job description

We are Looking for Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager, with :

  • At least 5 Years of proven Experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
  • Good Knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with a previous expenience in Italian restaurants.
  • English spoken.
  • Food lover, Ambitious, Hands on, Committed.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled  Chef de Cuisine  to join our Italian culinary team!

Responsibilities :

  • Preparation and cooking  traditional Italian dishes.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
  • Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
  • Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good Experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian

    • Employment will start immediately.
