We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a long-term opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional proficient in Sage 50, who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Bookkeeper will manage a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires the ability to work on-site one day per week in Etobicoke, with the remainder of the duties performed remotely.What We Offer : Competitive compensation for a long-term contract role.Opportunity to contribute to a well-established manufacturing company.Flexible work arrangement, with on-site work required 1 day per week.Key Responsibilities : Process customer credit applications accurately using Sage 50, and Microsoft Excel.Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.Update and maintain customer credit records regularly.Post general ledger entries and prepare financial statements to ensure a clear view of the company's financial status.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.Perform cash flow analysis and prepare the annual budget.Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to address discrepancies.Qualifications : Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel is a must.Strong understanding of financial principles, including AP / AR and cash flow management.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.How to Apply : If you are an experienced Bookkeeper with a passion for accuracy and financial management, we want to hear from you!
