Channel Partnerships ManagerLocation : Toronto, Ontario (remote 4 / 5 days per week)Reports To : President and Co-FounderOverview At Greenspace, our mission is to empower mental health systems, service providers and individuals in care with the technology, insights and expertise they need to substantially improve how services are accessed, measured and delivered. We are searching for an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to join our team and build out a channel partner program. This program is a major lever for both sales and product led growth at Greenspace.The RoleYou will play a crucial and highly strategic role within a cross-functional team. This role will involve building and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive sales, expand our market reach, and enable deeper product integration for our customers. There will be a primary focus on electronic health record (EHR) systems as our key channel. In parallel, you will lead the development of our channel partner program, with support from senior leadership and an external consultant with (10+ years of experience leading channel teams).This role will have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of individuals accessing mental health services through the expanded reach and integration of Measurement-Based Care in this sector.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationships : Own the relationship with identified channel partners, which will include major EHR systems in this sector. Build out these relationships at multiple levels - across executive, marketing, sales, and account management. Develop both a go-to-market and product strategy with each partner. Operate strategically in each interactionDrive the Sales Engine : Execute on the go-to-market strategy with each partner to generate consistent high-quality leads. This will involve constant engagement with partners, including pipeline reviews, training / coaching, on-site visits, conferences, marketing strategy sessions, etc.Internal Collaboration and Project Management : Coordinate with internal resources to enable partnership efforts and activities. You will work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to successfully execute on go-to-market and product goals.New Partners and Strategic Positioning : Identify opportunities for new partnerships, operate strategically to support Greenspace’s positioning in the market, and sell the value of our partner program.Deal Support : Work closely with the sales team to support specific opportunities as a subject matter expert on certain partnerships.Data and Performance Driven : Build, analyze, and synthesize reports / dashboards to maintain a real-time understanding of how particular partnerships are going and use the data to drive strategy pivots where necessary.Program Development : Design, implement, and refine a scalable channel partner program, including onboarding, enablement, performance metrics, and incentive structures, to drive partner engagement and long-term success.Qualifications5+ Years in Channel Partnerships for SaaS-based technologiesProven track record in scaling existing and new partner relationshipsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsAbility to sell people and partners on the vision of Greenspace and the value of our partner programAbility to think and operate strategically across each interactionStrong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility to drive cross functional collaboration and adoption of the solutions you designData-driven and process orientedAlignment with the Greenspace core valuesBonus : previous experience in sales or channel partnerships with a healthcare organization.About GreenspaceFounded at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Greenspace was created to bridge the gap between the proven benefits of measurement-based care in research and its implementation in practice.
