Eagle Hydraulic est un manufacturier canadien spécialisé en hydraulique industrielle. L’entreprise intervient à toutes les étapes, de la transformation et distribution à la conception et au développement. Son siège social est situé à Mirabel, où se trouvent la direction exécutive, ainsi que le centre de développement de produits, d’innovation et de conception. Ce site agit également comme centre de production canadien pour le marché nord-américain et centre de service local.
En 2025, Eagle a étendu ses activités à Yorkton, en Saskatchewan, afin de développer des marchés complémentaires à sa clientèle. L’entreprise possède également deux usines de production en Chine, lui permettant d’optimiser ses coûts et de mettre en place un modèle manufacturier hybride pour le marché nord-américain. Eagle Hydraulic détient par ailleurs des accréditations lui permettant de produire pour de grands OEM nord-américains.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de transformation, l’entreprise recherche un directeur financier (CFO) appelé à jouer un rôle clé dans les activités stratégiques et opérationnelles. Relevant directement de la direction, et membre des comités de gestion et exécutif, le CFO est responsable de l’ensemble des fonctions financières et administratives.
Le rôle comprend la mise en place de processus, systèmes et outils financiers, la gestion de la performance financière, la gestion des risques, et le soutien à la prise de décision stratégique. Le CFO agit également comme partenaire d’affaires auprès des institutions financières, partenaires externes, actionnaires et de l’équipe de direction.
