We are looking for a finance analyst who will report to the finance manager of marketing, dealer & consumer experience and who will be tasked with partnering with the leadership team to quantify the dynamics of the strategies used and provide insightful financial analysis to enable key decisions. As part of your role, you’ll be working closely with the finance manager, VP and his team to monitor financial performance, develop and improve processes, build business cases, leverage data and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights, and much more. You’ll be at the forefront of running and continuously improving BRP’s finance function.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Perform analyses and create presentations for senior leadership.
• Help in the preparation of budget and forecasting analysis (FP&A).
• Assist with the development of business cases and various projects.
• Leverage technology and tools to continuously improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver insights that influence key business decisions.
