Vehicle Rental Agent

Be a part of an exciting new program that will re-shape the world of vehicle rentals. We are looking to hire for multiple positions for a Rental Agent to join Foss National Leasing to work onsite in British Columbia, Burnaby area.

Job Type : Permanent Part-time

Hours Of Operations : 8am-1pm. Monday-Friday (Schedule may vary)

Responsibilities :

• Prepare all rentals for the coming day; Vehicles parked correctly, cleaned, fueled, cleared of snow and debris.
• Ensure all customers can access their keys and ensure a smooth process of delivery and return by assisting with the booking system and inspections.
• Answer any questions and hold an elevated level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Collaborate directly with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
• Represent the company positively and always look for areas of improvement.
