Our client is searching for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for representing the brand with key customers across North America. A successful candidate will have a strong customer support mindset, a keen eye for detail and a natural disposition towards service.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
Enter dealer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Assist dealers through responses to inquires by phone and email and they arise
Support dealer sales management programs and implement and deliver these programs to the customers
Build and manage educational components for dealer support including product training, lunch and learns, web-hosted support sessions and others
Provide e-commerce platforms sales support including Amazon and others
Refund process administration including customer service, tracking and shipping / receiving administration
Deliver timely resolution of order and product issues
Support retail sales channel management
Serve as an escalation point for other customer support representatives
Your strengths include :
Strong customer service skills, including de-escalation, upselling, troubleshooting and problem solving
Familiarity with soft-phone systems
Microsoft Office skills, including word processing
Experience with commercial or wholesale sales / dealer channel would be an asset
Attention to detail for order entry, follow up and customer service
Strong phone and email etiquette
True sense of urgency and drive to solve problems at a customer level
Natural energy and enthusiasm for customer service and delivering the brand promise
