Centre de recherche de l\'Hôpital Maisonneuve-RosemontMontréal , QuébecJob description and duties
We are looking to recruit a postdoctoral fellow to join our immunology group headed by Dr. Christopher Rudd at the CR-Hôpital Maisonneuve Rosemont, a research institute affiliated with the Université de Montréal. The project will involve investigating T-cell signaling pathways that influence T-cell responses to cancer and infection.
The projects include an analysis of the function of different co-receptors such as CD28, PD-1, CTLA- 4 in the modulation of T-cell function and anti-tumor immunity. A special focus is on the nature of T-cell signaling events that leads to improved immunotherapy. We are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary research center with a strong group of researchers with expertise in T cell biology and cancer. Our lab uses a variety of cellular and molecular biology techniques as well as mouse models of cancer together with multi-photon microscopy to study mouse and human disease.
