Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • A strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and well as a solid understanding of how key customers and clients are to the success of the business.
  • A determination to create new solutions or continually be creative to find new leads or brainstorm new approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven skill in juggling multiple priorities and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • General business knowledge with a basic understanding of Saskatchewan Roughrider products and services.
  • Willingness to be coached, with an appetite to learn and get better every day.
