Job descriptionMinimum 2 ans d’expérience significative avec Microsoft Dynamics ERP, de préférence Business Central. Connaissances en finances et compréhension approfondie des processus ERP. Excellentes compétences en communication, forte aptitude au travail en équipe et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant. Bilinguisme français et anglais requis (oral et écrit). Travail hybride avec un minimum de 3 jours par semaine présents sur le site du client à Montréal. Veuillez noter que seuls les candidats qui résident au Québec seront considérés
Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste d’affaires spécialisé(e) en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pour accompagner notre client dans un projet complexe et stimulant.
Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec le client pour comprendre et analyser les besoins liés à l’ERP.
- Conduit des sessions de travail pour valider les processus d’affaires et les solutions logiciels avec la communauté d’usagers.
- Analyser, décomposer et documenter les processus d’affaires.
- Servir de liaison principale entre le client, l’intégrateur et l’équipe TI.
- Gérer les priorités et résoudre les problèmes en étroite collaboration avec toutes les équipes concernées.
- Documenter les processus, élaborer les rapports requis et assurer un transfert de connaissances efficace auprès des parties prenantes.
- Synthétiser et collaborer directement avec le VP Finance et l'équipe comptabilité pour assurer l'alignement des solutions avec les objectifs financiers de l'organisation.
