TA MISSION

Relevant du Directeur TI, tu donnes vie aux données en créant des solutions Power BI qui aident nos équipes à prendre des décisions éclairées.

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des rapports et tableaux de bord dans Power BI ;

Collecter, nettoyer et transformer les données (dataflow) provenant de différentes sources (bases de données, fichiers Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.) ;

Assurer la qualité et l’intégrité des données utilisées pour les analyses ;

Collaborer avec les équipes NMG pour comprendre leurs besoins et traduire ces besoins en solutions analytiques ;

Mettre en place des modèles de données optimisés pour la performance et la facilité d’utilisation ;

Effectuer des analyses ad hoc pour soutenir la prise de décision ;

Documenter les processus, les modèles et les rapports créés ;

Assurer la sécurité et la gouvernance des données dans Power BI.

TON PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

Diplôme Formation universitaire en gestion informatique, statistiques, mathématiques ou un domaine connexe ;

Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pratique avec Power BI et outils de BI, incluant une expérience avec les données d’un ERP ;

Connaissance des environnements Azure, ETL, ou autres outils d’intégration (un atout) ;

Maîtrise de Power BI (Power Query, DAX, création de rapports interactifs) ;

Solides compétences en SQL et en manipulation de bases de données.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our IT team! This is your chance to build something big at a fast-growing company.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Director, IT, you will directly support NMG’s strategic projects and initiatives by developing interactive dashboards and visual reports to help our business units make informed decisions. You will collect, analyze, and create visualizations of data to provide the Company with strategic information while ensuring that this data is of high quality, reliable, and relevant.

Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Collect, clean and process the data (using dataflows) from various sources (e.g. databases, Excel files, CRM, ERP).

Maintain the quality and integrity of the analysis data.

Work with NMG’s teams to understand their needs and translate these needs into analytical solutions.

Create data models that are optimized for performance and usability.

Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions.

Document any processes, templates, and reports created.

Maintain the security and oversee the governance of data stored in Power BI.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

University degree in IT management, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

At least 2 to 3 years of practical experience with Power BI and BI tools, including experience with ERP data.

Knowledge of Azure environments, ETL, or other integration tools (an asset).

Excellent knowledge of Power BI (Power Query, DAX, interactive report creation).

Solid skills with SQL and database manipulation.
