Job descriptionTransforms raw data into meaningful information for the organization. Determines the best way to integrate various data sources and information to maximize analytical output, including the use of SQL for querying and transforming data. Develops and enhances reports and dashboards for use by decision makers. Translates business challenges into effective business solutions using advanced analytics, visualization tools and strategic thinking. Mines data to identify root causes for resident and site outcomes to enable actionable insights and improved decision-making. Utilizes analytics to develop predictive insights for the business development and growth opportunities. Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience 2-5 years experience in an analytical role including experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and data pipelines. Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and transformation. Experience with Power BI for visualization. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, actionable manner. Collaborative team approach with problem-solving and decision making skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A passion for the healthcare sector and / or ensuring seniors have access to quality services and care. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or SQL Certifications are an asset.
