Job Description : RecoDemand is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our advertising organization by building relationships with real estate agents and mortgage brokers across North America. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is key player in our strategic growth plans. Through a combination of top of funnel activities, including both inbound lead response and outbound prospecting, the BDR will generate and qualify sales opportunities for our Account Executives. The most exciting part of this role is the opportunity for growth. At RecoDemand, successful BDRs will learn the fundamentals of Sales and Marketing providing a foundation for a career in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and more! ResponsibilitiesConduct sales appointments on Zoom with real estate agents and mortgage brokersWork directly with sales and marketing team to strategize opportunities from leadsLeverage prospecting strategies, including phone, email and social networking to connect with prospective customers, identify their needs and challenges, and qualify their interestManage new contacts via our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to ensure accuracy for long term pipeline developmentProvide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects on a consistent basis and build strong relationships Must Haves2+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, real estate, or mortgage industries2+ years with CRM tools (e.g., Highlevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital advertising strategiesAbility to qualify prospects and manage pipelines on ExcelExperience with software and tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and ZoomYou have strong analytical, relational and negotiation skills, as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills PlussesUniversity degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalentGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teamsExperience with Slack and Google WorkspaceReal estate and mortgage experience
