Job Overview :
We are actively looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our lead management process. If you possess exceptional communication and project management skills, as well as a passion for analytics, market and lead research, then we want to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels such as social media, industry events, referrals and databases. Developing a targeted list of prospects that fit the ideal customer profile and engaging them through personalized outreach.
- Cold Outreach and Engagement : Crafting and executing effective cold outreach strategies, such as email campaigns, phone calls and social media interactions.
- Manage a high volume of inbound interest and promptly respond to inquiries from potential clients. Ensure prospects are connected with the right Joyride resource.
- Qualifying Leads and Scheduling Meetings : Qualifying leads to determine their fit and readiness to purchase. The ultimate goal is to schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects who show genuine interest in the solution.
- Nurture prospects with available resources and follow-up communication to mature their buying decision and qualify to meet with sales.
- Analyze lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for pipeline process improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop a target list of enterprise deals and consistently add new companies, contacts to pursue that align with Joyride’s ICP.
- Ensure all prospects, leads are managed through the funnel effectively and minimum outreach targets for each category is achieved monthly.
- Working with marketing, use automation to drive efficiency in how we manage and convert prospects into leads and QSOs.
