We are excited to launch our new brand, focused on elevating Customer Experience (CX) through application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Big Data in the financial services sector. We aspire to be the most innovative CX partner through weaving intelligence across digital experiences.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals within medium to large enterprise accounts. As a BDE, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation :

  • Identify and research target accounts in the Canadian Banking.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and to generate new leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.

2. Sales Pipeline Management :

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and decision-making processes.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product / service demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • 3. Relationship Building :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects by providing valuable insights and solutions to their business challenges.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and clients to keep them engaged and progress deals.
  • 4. Collaboration with Marketing :

  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Collaborate with Partner to refine messaging, sales strategies, and target market focus.
  • Contribute to the development of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • 5. Market & Industry Expertise :

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges.
  • Use market insights to position the company as a trusted partner and thought leader.
  • 5. CRM & Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Leverage CRM data to identify patterns and refine sales strategies.
  • Qualifications

    Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, consulting, or technology.
  • Experience in driving the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address client needs.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
