We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals within medium to large enterprise accounts. As a BDE, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation :
- Identify and research target accounts in the Canadian Banking.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.
