As a Business Development Executive at Generis, you will be reaching out to senior-level industry decision-makers, highlighting the value of attending our Summits and securing their participation. You will work in a team-oriented environment that is dedicated to driving exceptional sales results. Our goal is to take dedicated top performers and develop / mentor these individuals into leadership roles as our business continues to expand. On Target Earnings (OTE) within the first year- $65k – $80k ++

Work Environment : 100% in office

Hours of Operation : Monday - Thursday 8 : 30 - 5 : 00PM, Friday 8 : 30 - 4 : 30 PM

Location : Office located Downtown Toronto (Richmond & Bathurst) 555 Richmond Street West

The Individual :

• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced settings (customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales)
• Thrives in metrics-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable engaging with C-Level Executives
• Responsive to feedback and quick to implement improvements
• Ability to quickly learn about new industries and trends
• Self-starter with strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Seeks career advancement and growth opportunities
