Job descriptionElicit, document, and prioritize data governance requirements including policies, standards, and metrics. Define and implement data quality rules, thresholds, KPIs, and remediation processes. Support metadata management, business glossary development, and data lineage mapping. Translate regulatory and internal policies into actionable controls and procedures. Contribute to the design of operating models, including RACI frameworks and governance workflows. Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with data stewards, engineers, and product owners. Map current and future state business processes to identify automation and standardization opportunities. Maintain governance scorecards, produce executive reports, and support adoption of governance standards. Collaborate with data governance engineers to ensure technical documentation and runbooks are complete. Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, computer science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on data governance. Proven ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and manage cross-functional stakeholder input. Deep understanding of data governance principles including policies, standards, stewardship, and RACI models. Proficient with data catalog, lineage, and data quality tools such as Informatica IDMC, Microsoft Purview, and Databricks Unity Catalog. Familiarity with BI / reporting tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and documentation skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and audit readiness. Experience designing workflows, implementing process improvements, and supporting CI / CD-aware environments. Demonstrated ability to interpret KPIs, identify anomalies, and generate actionable insights. Understanding of basic programming languages (e.g., SQL and Python) is considered an asset.

What is in it for you :
- Salaried : $60-65 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate : $75-80 per hour.
- 10-month contract.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- In-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.
- Remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
