Job descriptionCollege or University Degree is preferred. Prior Business System Analyst / Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Knowledge of Change Management and Operational Model implementation Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology with experience using JIRA and Confluence Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure to investigate problems to establish real or hidden issues. Self-starter and proactive attitude with capability to effectively execute end-to-end deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels.

- Prepare Business requirements documents for changes and enhancements.
- Experienced in reverse engineering processes and document current and future state models
- Solid background in defining high-level, detailed, and accurate business requirement documents.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products / solutions on time and create reports
- Experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks
- Experienced in Identifying impacts on business processes based on detailed solutions and strategies as well as being able to identify when changes in connectivity will impact other business channels.
