Akkodis est à la recherche d’un Analyste développeur senior – ERP & CRM pour un poste permanent chez l’un de ses clients situés sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Il s'agit d'une belle opportunité pour un(e) professionnel(le) passionné(e) par la technologie, l’innovation et la collaboration dans un environnement moderne et stimulant.

Résumé du poste

En tant qu’analyste développeur senior, vous participerez à l’évaluation, à l’amélioration et à l’implantation de divers projets technologiques. Vous serez au cœur des échanges entre les utilisateurs internes et les équipes de développement afin de bien comprendre les besoins, optimiser les processus d’affaires et proposer des solutions alignées sur les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Responsabilités principales

Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs internes.
Proposer, développer ou améliorer des fonctionnalités au sein des systèmes d’information.
Analyser les données et produire des rapports pertinents.
Contribuer à la gestion de projets dans un environnement Agile / SCRUM.
Effectuer une veille technologique constante afin de recommander des solutions innovantes.
Participer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des données d’entreprise.
Travailler sur divers systèmes : ERP, CRM, e-commerce, outils de fabrication, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.

Profil recherché

Diplôme universitaire ou certificat en TI, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.

Minimum 10 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont :

5 ans dans des projets transversaux touchant plusieurs départements.

5 ans dans la gestion de projets technologiques impliquant de multiples parties prenantes.

Bonne maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (Office 365, DevOps, SharePoint, etc.).

Excellente capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en équipe ou de façon autonome.

Esprit analytique, bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.

Bilinguisme français / anglais (écrit et oral) requis pour interagir avec les parties prenantes à l’échelle nord-américaine.
