Guided by our core values of closeness, teamwork, diversity, and excellence, our team of 1,000 expert consultants, representing 35 different nationalities, collaborates across 10 international offices : Paris, Lyon, New York, Montreal, London, Brussels, Geneva, Lisbon, Porto and Casablanca.We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients, an investment bank set in MontrealRole Overview : The candidate will have to gather the user requirements, specify the solutions to put in place, coordinate the test cases execution, contribute to execution when needed, contribute to change management by training the users when required and ensure that all developers understand well the business needs / requirements.The candidate will work in a team responsible for Prime Borkerage applicationsKey responsibilities : The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to : Handle product owner responsibilities, challenge requirements, negotiate with stakeholders and achieve agreementTake ownership of critical projects and drive Operating and Steering committee meetingsCoordinate with the production support team in resolving L3 production issuesLead project sprints, scrum meetings and release meetings with the different stakeholdersAct as an expert to the Prime Brokerage group and specify the requirements for the business, requests / projects to the development team.Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives Required Qualifications and Skills : Must Have : 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Good understanding of technology behind banking applications.Good written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of Prime Brokerage including trade processing, margin risk, settlement, client billing. Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or another related field.LANGUAGE : English : mandatoryFrench : is a plus
