Summary / Objective
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Business Analyst to join our team of leading technologists delivering the most complete eBilling and Payments solution on the market today. This role will help gather and document requirements for biller projects in an agile environment.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with external clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA analysts.
- Manages requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle for new product feature development.
- Experience in thoroughly understanding the technical aspects and proficiently in demonstrating and implementing IT products.
- Ability to analyze product requirements and help create user friendly applications using our proprietary NCLC (No Code Low Code) platform.
- Build UI and integration using APIs
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of our proprietary internal tools and develop proficiency in their usage, including functionalities, features, and capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with the Engineering team.
- Ability to work with customers across a variety of industries
- Assist in the onboarding process for new business analysts, guiding them through the configuration procedures.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not have supervisory responsibility or direct reports.
Education and Experience
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to life up to 25 lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
10-15% travel to customer sites may be required based upon project needs.
