As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of the software solutions for our portfolio companies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, configure our software to meet their needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process. This is a part time position with approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
- Configure and customize our software solutions to align with the client's needs and objectives.
- Lead the technical aspects of the implementation process, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
- Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with our development team to resolve them.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and best practices to optimize the client's use of our software.
- Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve implementation processes and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Requirements
Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software implementation, configuration and technical support.
Proficiency in working with software and technology platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose solutions.
