DO what you love. Be good at it. That’s how Douglas College defines a great career. It’s a philosophy that resonates through its classrooms, offices and boardrooms. It inspires students and drives us to be one of BC’s Top Employers and Forbes Canada’s “Best Employers for 2024.”

Located on the unceded traditional and ancestral lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the q̓íc̓əy̓ (Katzie), qʼʷa : n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and qiqéyt (Qayqayt) First Nations, Douglas College is the largest degree-granting college in British Columbia. With two main campuses and three training centres in the Metro Vancouver area, Douglas College is one of the province’s most vibrant leaders in post-secondary education, combining the academic foundations of a university with the employer-ready skills of a college. Douglas College’s 2,000 employees instruct and serve more than 25,000 students each year, including 3,000 international students from 90 countries. Douglas College is currently building a new academic building, and our first Student Housing.

As one of the largest Business schools in British Columbia, the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration is a leader in practical and applied business education and training, and committed to interdisciplinary, experiential, international and research activities. As one of six academic Faculties, Commerce and Business Administration plays a critical role in advancing the College’s strategic objectives. There are currently 4,760 students, and 205 faculty within the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE :
