Job descriptionHelp plan and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional events. Monitor social media channels and engage with our community. Product Development Assistance : Collaborate on packaging, labeling, and product design tasks. Customer Engagement : Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services. Operational Tasks : Support order fulfillment and logistics when needed. Team Collaboration : Must be a recent graduate from a post-secondary program, preferably in marketing, business, health sciences, or a related field. Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable living. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic design tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks in a startup environment. Must be a resident of Canada (citizen, PR or refugee). 22-24 per hour. Opportunities for performance-based incentives. Hands-on experience working in a growing startup. Position Summary :
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a contract basis from May through December as a Health and Wellness Brand Assistant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll support various aspects of our business, including marketing, product development, customer engagement, and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Support :
Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
Support research on industry trends and competitor products.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media with professionalism and care.
Organize and manage inventory for product samples and marketing materials.
Work closely with the team on various projects and contribute ideas to help shape the brand’s future.
