What the day will look like

• Create and implement sales processes and identify opportunities to create efficiencies in marketing our services and onboarding new clients.
• Support market research to identify new business development opportunities and prospect lists.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Aon producers.
• Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
• Assist with preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
• Support the writing and distribution of agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for meetings.
• Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists, mainly Aon Connect.
• Track submitted proposals and sales activity; provide feedback to management.
• Support producers in generating meetings for the practice.
• Develop Aon IQ and Health Solutions knowledge.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to enable business growth.
• Maintain diligent CRM records through Aon Connect, stay in regular contact with prospects, and manage pipelines to meet sales targets.
