Your job

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns by phone with empathy and professionalism
• Secure payments in a timely and equitable manner
• Collaborate with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate solutions that work for both parties
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

You’ll join a national team of 300+ colleagues in the Equipment Finance sector, reporting to the Manager, Contract Administration.
