What We're Looking For :

Proven sales experience in the Staffing / Recruiting Industry ( Sales experience in other industries will not be considered )

Active Client Portfolio and the ability to bring in new business from day one

Self-motivated , goal-oriented, and results-driven professional

Trustworthy individual capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Expertise in business development with the ability to formulate and execute strategies to meet targets

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and present custom staffing solutions tailored to clients' needs

Prospect and build relationships with potential clients to drive new business

Maintain and grow existing client relationships based on trust and performance

Identify new business opportunities and evaluate sales options to drive revenue

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

Support all marketing initiatives to increase sales, including travel, promotions, and direct relationship-building activities

Salary will be determined based on experience.
