In your element using your PLM know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems and help them create efficiencies within their businesses. You are quick to see solutions where others see obstacles, which is why clients count on you for sound advice and support.

The work :

Actively participating in requirements gathering and the creation of specifications.

Collaborating in solution design, providing valuable input to the solution architect, and contributing to specifications workshops, and design business processes.

Developing comprehensive functional specifications that meet the stakeholder's needs.

Troubleshooting complex configuration and system issues during deployment, documenting and resolving customer concerns to achieve full resolution.

Supporting organizational change management activities during implementation, including the preparation of training plans, documentation, and end-user training.

Documenting the configuration and architecture for clarity and accessibility.

Conducting thorough validation tests, including the preparation of inclusive test cases, scenarios, and data for functional and integration testing.

Regularly reporting progress status and promptly address any issues that arise.

Analyzing, designing, and producing solution enhancements.

Conducting feasibility studies and reviews of process design.

Qualifications

Here's what you need :

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience with a major PLM system (PTC, Dassault Systemes, Siemens, SAP-PLM, Oracle Agile) and / or Master Data Management

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT systems (Engineering / Manufacturing), and experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or others Dassault Systèmes products.

Bilingual in English and French

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if :

Familiarity with Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering concepts and solutions.

Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and solutions.

Experience in Business Process Design.

Experience in managing and executing tests.

Ability to understand business needs, communicate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with diverse teams.

Proficient in multitasking, status communication, issue escalation, and managing competing priorities.

You have experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
