Job description

Globe Life AO is a fast growing insurance industry. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, goal minded achiever to become a part our cohesive and collaborative Sales Success Team. The Sales Success Representative will be responsible for overseeing a designated team and will manage training, customer sign up, and customer experience. You will also interact directly with our upper management, consumer, and clients. One must have a passion for entrepreneurship, sales innovation, and communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Create customer relationships to sell products and services available

Professionally educate new and existing customers on services inquired for by providing them with detailed information

Provide timely responses to customers and effective solutions to problems in customer retention and claims

Work closely with Senior Sales Representatives to continue developing new skills that will assist in developing a strong team

Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our clients by understanding their situation and needs

What you should have :

1-2 years of relevant sales work experience is a plus but not required

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build dependable relationships among customers and team members

Consistent track record of high performance, exceeding expectations and raising the bar

Having an effective time management, organization skills and are self-driven

Amiable and outgoing personality that demonstrates professionalism

Able to adapt to new situations and be solution-oriented

Ability to work from home

Must be a resident in Canada
