Black River Anishinabe School is a well-equipped Nursery to Grade 9 school with approximately 230 students located on the banks of the O’Hanly and Black Rivers along the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg, 150 kilometers northeast of Winnipeg. The community has a population of approximately 1,000 people with community services such as general store / gas bar and health centre.
