Position :   Product Manager     Reports to : Director, Marketing and Product Management We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product management and marketing team. This role is responsible for working collaboratively with multiple departments to lead, develop and implement new and existing product management programs to drive growth and efficiency for the One Degree Brand. Opportunities In this role, you will have the chance to champion and manage various product launch and maintenance activities for the One Degree. The primary challenge of this role will be to develop and implement a plan aligning with our corporate strategy to help facilitate the launching of new products, maintaining key aspects of product related data and monitoring post launch performance of each of our products. It will be critical to establish a strong presence with multiple cross-functional teams, effectively leading projects to completion in a constantly evolving environment. Here is who you are… Drive & motivation You are motivated by challenges and willing to give 100% to achieve outstanding results You would love to work in an entrepreneurial environment where ‘change’ is the only constant You want to leave your footprint and work with an amazing team You are passionate about healthy living and values which align with One Degree Character & ABILITIES  You have superb people management and leadership capabilities You are a persuasive and clear communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills You are able to work collaboratively with others in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment You have a business mind with entrepreneurial, innovative DNA Knowledge & skills You have sound business, communication, and organizational skills You have strong analytical and project management skills You have excellent computer skills including MS Office Experience You have 3-5 years of experience in a business, communication, or marketing role You have a Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing or related discipline field You have project management experience, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer product goods industry Nice-to-Have Knowledge of Wrike or other related project management software things you will do…   Lead in executing a plan for Product Management that aligns with the corporate strategy Lead the product launch process and function as the gatekeeper of the WRIKE project management process Maintain adequate communication with all stakeholders about the status of the product launch process Maintain a product grid document that includes complete data for each SKU Create and lead a new product specification documentation for the commercialization of all new products Initiate communication between various departments as necessary to ensure coordinated marketing and promotional activities to achieve the road map targets for each SKU Ensure adequate data is tracked and reported to provide insights on each SKU’s performance as well as on industry and competitor trends Participate in the product strategy and product development processes For larger packaging projects lead and manage the timeline and approvals through to completion Lead in planning budgets, setting KPIs and reviewing reports for Product Management Establish metrics for measuring product management progress to ensure adequate reporting of product management activities Maintain a comprehensive digital product library to drive the rapid translation of new innovation into finished products Work with finance to maintain current P&Ls for each product and alert the appropriate leadership when a product is outside the target net profit margins Initiate communication between various departments as necessary to ensure coordinated marketing and promotional activities to achieve the road map targets for each SKU OTHER … You may need to work at various times as the job requires Limited travel may be required You must be able to work out of our main office location in Mission when required Salary Range - $85,000 - $100,000 Powered by JazzHR
