They are seeking an Executive Chef to lead their diverse kitchen teams, delivering exceptional dining experiences across all outlets.

The Role

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest quality standards across the banquet, café, and restaurant outlets. They will lead and inspire a team of chefs, manage food costs, and maintain a creative approach to delivering memorable dining experiences.

What they are looking for :

  • 5+ years of professional culinary experience in a similar Executive role
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple culinary operations within a hotel setting, including banquets, restaurants, and cafés
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Skilled in menu planning, food cost management, and maintaining operational efficiency while upholding high-quality standards
