Le Groupe Restructuration financière (GRF), qui fait partie des Services bancaires aux entreprises, est un centre d'excellence pour la Banque dont le rôle principal consiste à aider les clients en difficulté financière. Le directeur/directrice de comptes gère un portefeuille de clients faisant partie de ce segment. Le titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec le reseau de succursales commerciales et à servcies complets, ainsi qu'avec des professionels externes, dont des conseillers juridiques, des comptables, des contrôleurs, des séquestres et des syndics. Le directeur/directrice de comptes relève du directeur, Crédit commercial, GRF.

Le directeur/directrice de comptes relève du directeur, Crédit commercial GRF. Aider les clients à restructurer leurs demandes de crédit de sorte qu'ils demeurent des clients viables et à long terme de la Banque. Protéger les actionnaires de la Banque, si`il y a lieu, en mettant fin aux relations existantes ou en réalisants les actifs afin de recouvrir les prêts.

Obtenir un rendement raisonable des comptes, selon le profil de risque durant la période de restructuration ou de liquidation. Établir la tarification des prêts et les frais applicables en fonction du profil de risque des comptes. Veiller à la conformité de l'exploitation et de la vente des produits et services, afin de réduire au minimum les risques liés à la conformité et au risque opérationnel pour la TD. Suivre tous les cours sur la conformité et remplir toutes les attestations requises dans les délais prescrits.

S'assurer que le risque de crédit est correctement évalué en effectuant une analyse des risques indépendante et en appliquant les politiques et lignes directrices de la Banque. Élaborer des solutions créatives afin de réduire le risque et, dans la mesure du possible, d'offrir du soutien et de la flexibilité au client au cours de la période de restructuration. Protéger les avoirs de la Banque au moyen des systèmes et des processus de contrôle du rique adéquats et évaluer le rendement de chaque compte en ce qui trait à l'évalulation et à la gestion du risque de crédit. Surveiller et contrôler le portefeuille, et informer le directeur du Crédit commercial de tout compte qui ne respecte pas les lignes directrices ou les limites et conditions établies. Connâitre les codes de conduite de la TD et du secteur d'activité, et s'y conformer. Avoir une bonne connaissance des marchés ainsi que des secteurs du portefeuille pour garantir la prestation d'un service à la valeur ajoutée tout en atténuant les risques pour la TD.

Mener en tout point la gestion des relations avec les clients dont le portefeuille lui est assigné, par l'application rigoureuse de tous les aspects des meilleurs banquiers pour entreprises. Respecter les normes de service et les pratiques exemplaires à cet égard. Gérer et développer les relations avec les clients, en éqilibrant le temps passé à répondr aux besoins des clients et la retanbilité des relations.

Mettre en valeur la marque du Groupe Banque TD en particpant à des événements de résautage dans sa collectivité. Participer activement au processus de gestion du rendement, notament aux évaluations de rendement, aux séances de rétroaction et d'encadrement et aux discussions portant sur le rendement et la perfectionnement. Acquérir des connaisances formelles et informelles par rapports aux objectifs de son PPP. Diriger et soutenir les membres de son équipe ainsi que ceux de l'unité, notamment en leur donnant des conseils et en agissant comme mentor. Établir et retenir de bonnes retlations avec divers cabinets professionnels. Agir à titre de référence pour les autres en ce qui a trait à ses domains d'expertise.

Exigences du poste:

En plus d'un diplôme d'études postesecondaires en administration des affaires ou d'un titre professionnel pertinent, le candidat/la candidate possède au moins de cinq ans d'éxpérience à titre d'analyste financier ou de services bancaires aux entreprises. Il/elle possède de solides compétences pour l'analyse , la gestion des relations et l'expansion des affaires et prévoit les perfectionner dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
