CAT is looking for a Warranty Analyst to join its team! The warranty analyst is responsible of submitting the warranty claims to the suppliers and maximize the warranty recoveries for the assigned branches and / or divisions .

In a typical day, YOU will :
Review and analyze the Warranty jobs as per the suppliers warranty guidelines and policies, create and submit accurate warranty claims.
Liaison with service operations to provide all required information and documents to maximize the warranty recoveries.
Perform consistently well to meet and exceed the established warranty performance targets.
