JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project Manager at MECATHERM, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of MECATHERM’s advanced equipment and solutions for clients across the food and bakery industries.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution :
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet established objectives and client expectations.
Team Coordination :
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Risk Management :
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Budget and Resource Management :
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and kept within the agreed-upon limits.
