Responsibilities
Team & Project Leadership
- Be a collaborative partner, providing innovative thinking into our projects, studio, and market delivery, promoting design research that advances our market strategy and be a leading voice with clients in the Region and within the Firm.
- Act as Client advocate and perform Client support and relationship responsibilities.
- Grow, develop, and build a team of direct reports, including conducting supervisory activities, staff coaching and development, communication, accountability, and growth planning.
- Provide project leadership and oversight of market team and assist as necessary to ensure quality, efficient delivery and profitable project performance, and innovative, responsive design.
- Assist Project Management by monitoring and reviewing the project performance and technical quality and in contract negotiations, and scope / fee negotiations with strategic partners.
