We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team at our Thornhill location. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record in automotive sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and profitability.
- Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to optimize sales.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and other key stakeholders.
