Leadership experience managing a team of ~10 testers. Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools and processes in service-oriented architecture. Hands-on with SQL and database testing (SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access). Proficient in project management practices. Solid experience in managing quality of large and complex technical portfolio Proficient in understanding of unit testing coverage. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have : Use of AI in Software Testing Experience with Java, CURAM and Oracle Familiarity with AODA testing tools. Description Position Overview :  We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on leadership, and hands-on experience with key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of ~10 testers while performing hands-on testing. This role involves managing quality of applications end-end across the portfolio. Responsibilities : Manage end-end quality of application development lifecycle. Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle. Plan, manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies, plans, scenarios. Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders. Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain hands-on on granular details. Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.
