Fleet Business Development Manager – Wonder Auto & Tire

Shift Auto Group is a network of automotive dealerships offering both pre‑owned and new vehicles across Atlantic Canada. Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Fleet Business Development Manager at Wonder Auto & Tire, based in Fredericton, NB, with flexibility for remote work. The individual in this role will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in fleet services, managing relationships with existing and potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will engage in direct outreach, coordinate marketing efforts, and maintain client satisfaction levels through excellent communication and service. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance and monitoring market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Experience in sales strategy planning and achieving revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of the automotive or fleet service industry is a strong asset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
• Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
