The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in White Rock, BC, is looking for a resourceful, efficient, and collaborative individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Associate, providing dedicated support in administrative, investment & money management activities for a high performing Advisory team.
What will you do?
- Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients : manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
- Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
- Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.).
- Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
- Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Execute trades and rebalance portfolios.
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.

The expected base salary range for this particular position is $37,500 - $45,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC’s robust discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
