About Our Client :
Our client, a leading organization in the retail sector, is undertaking a significant space reconfiguration and office redesign project at their corporate headquarters. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support this initiative and ensure a smooth transition.
Role Overview :
As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering workplace transition projects. This on-site role requires strong communication skills to effectively represent our client and engage with all stakeholders throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and drive workplace transition projects to meet agreed service delivery standards.
- Maintain the Project Control Plan and conduct feasibility assessments related to the workplace.
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout the process.
- Manage space utilization surveys and conduct equipment inventories, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and HR project teams to ensure holistic decision-making and project success.
- Prepare project communications and manage all project activities, including scheduling and documentation.
- Establish a strong on-site presence, providing leadership, support, and motivation to the project team.
- Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to project timelines.
